Unfortunately, if the loss occurs, Groupama is ready to help you to overcome all difficulties with our timely, rapid and effective financial support.

For the purpose of delivering our claim services rapidly, could you please follow these following instruction steps:

NON-MOTOR CLAIM PROCEDURE

1. Claim Notification:

2. In case of accident/ loss involved to the third party:

Do not amid liability or make any settlement with any third party without Groupama’s prior written consent. Our surveyors and lawyers will help you to handle your accident/ loss legally and fairly.

3. Collect and submit to us all your documents relevant to your claims:

Send the Claim Form (provided by Groupama) within 15 days from the date of loss/accident and submit all documents relavent to your claims to the following address:

MOTOR CLAIM PROCEDURE

Step 1:

- When a loss occurs, please notify us immediately through our claim phone number 0918 331 735 or our hotline (84-8) 3827 9090.

- Do not amid liability or make any settlement with any third party without Groupama’s prior written consent. Our surveyors and lawyers will help you to handle your accident/ loss legally and fairly.

- The insured must remain on the scene of the accident, notify the police, taking pictures, waiting for the conclusion of the police’s investigation.

Step 2:

Make all necessary things to minimize the loss.

Step 3:

Within 15 days from the loss/accident, the motor’s owner must send the Motor Claim Form (provided by Groupama) and all documents relavent to your claims to the following address:

In case of accidents related to the liability of the third party, the motor’s owner must reserve the right to claim compensation and transfer to Groupama together with records and documents involved.
