Historically Speaking

The Group was first established in Vietnam in 1992, when GAN insurance set up two representation offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Then, in 2001, the Vietnamese authorities granted Groupama business approval to develop farming insurance in the Mekong Delta.

Groupama Vietnam is based in Ho Chi Minh City and is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Groupama SA, the 1st largest non-life insurer in France

In January 2005, Groupama Vietnam's initial license was extended by the Vietnamese government.

Today, Groupama Vietnam can provide its expertise in non-life insurance to you all over Vietnam and cover the full range of insurance products.
