To protect your home and your liabilities, you can choose between various options under our House Multirisk Insurances “Cosy” or “Binh Yen”.

Many options are available to you, from the most basic to the most complete coverage.

You tailor the options to your personal needs. You are certain that your losses will not be taken “lightly”.

You know how much it could cost you if a fire damages your house, whether you are a tenant or the owner, or what an accident could mean if caused by you or your child. Check how to protect yourself with our “Cosy” or “Binh Yen” products.

These Multirisks provide also insurance for your HOME SERVANTS who probably have today no protection at all: Permanent Disablement, Death and medical expenses up to 10% of the selected sum. For example, with USD15 PER YEAR you allow them up to USD5,000 in case of death (keep in mind it means for them almost the equivalent to 4 years salary !) and USD500 of first aid medical expenses in case of accident. You choose the amount of security you want to give them in case they have an accident. It does not cost you much but is important for them.

The protection of your CHILDREN is also another point to consider; school time exposes them to specific risks. Check with your existing foreign or health insurance if and how they are covered, and if their liability is considered during school and extra-scholar activities. If not, or if you are still in doubt, Pupil’s school Insurance will make you less worried if they have any accident or are liable for third parties. It costs USD30 PER YEAR and per child.

Are Cosy House Multirisks and Pupil’s School Insurance both necessary? It depends on your already existing insurances.
